My chiropractor recommended K2. For several months my right legs sciatic nerve in my right legs constantly hurt 24/7. Especially when driving which made a car trip very unpleasant. My therapy guy at K2 is awesome. I’ve been going once a week for six weeks now and Brian has worked wonders. My previously very uncomfortable sciatic nerve pain is 80% plus reduced. The relief is real and is awesome. If you are are having a pain that you are not happy living with you may want to give them a try. 😁

I have so many incredible things to say about K2 Stretch but I will just say that stretching and recovery is only a fraction of what they do. I have been with them for years. I think they are single-handedly the reason my back doesn’t hurt half as bad breastfeeding my second child as my first. My husband and I follow their fitness and nutrition plan and have lost 16 pounds in three and a half weeks. I can’t recommend them enough. So my “why” was because I found myself not wanting to take pictures with the kids because I thought I looked so big. I was recommended to try this place out for plantar fasciitis issues. I've been going weekly for about a month now and not only is my foot pain nearly completely gone, they fixed several other issues I'd been dealing with for years. Ten years of lower back pain gone in four visits, incredible.

I went to K2 Stretch with shoulder pain from bodybuilding, and after just a few minutes, Kiah figured out that my scapula was locked. The expertise and precision at K2 are unmatched! After a session, I felt immediate relief and noticed a significant improvement in my mobility. Kiah and the team are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. I can't recommend this place enough..My first appointment was almost 4 years ago. The atmosphere is lively and upbeat but professional, and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. There was never a time that I haven't felt better after leaving k2. Once, I had terrible knee pain where I couldn't even bend it..and 10 minutes into my session, I was able to do a squat without any pain at all.
Would recommend to anyone (young or old, regardless of fitness level) with muscle or joint issues.

A month ago, my husband and I realized we were already in trouble and needed help with our mobility and flexibility. We had a friend who worked in this area and I reached out to her. We scheduled an appointment with Jenna Ainsley at K2 Motions and we have not turned back!! The knowledge, experience, therapy, learning, teaching, stretching, lengthening of our muscles, tendons and ligaments has been amazing! They teach you about the importance of stretching and movement. They teach you stretches that work easy with your schedule and work space. They care for you and your wellness. We are looking forward to living a great life together, moving more with our grand babies and enjoying more of our vacation fun!!
